FOR ACCOUNTANT / CONTROLLER

Less chasing.
More confidence
in the books.

Work from the source, review what needs attention and keep the reason behind every entry. We’re building connected accounting workflows that reduce repeated preparation while preserving your control.

YOUR WORK, IN FOCUS

More time for review.
Less time reconstructing the story.

01 / PLANNED

Keep the source beside the draft

Planned document capture keeps the original evidence connected to extracted details and proposed accounting.

02 / PLANNED

Review the exceptions that matter

Duplicate checks, missing information and ambiguous matches are intended to arrive in a focused queue with actionable reasons.

03 / PLANNED

Correct with a visible history

The ledger design preserves posted entries. Planned corrections use linked reversals and new entries, with a traceable history.

THE PLANNED EXPERIENCE

One journal journey.
Every step accounted for.

Our next core accounting milestone is a validated draft-to-report journey. The sequence below describes the intended experience.

  1. 01

    Create and validate the draft

Check account eligibility, dates, amounts and source details before submitting for approval.

  2. 02

    Approve the exact revision

Tie the decision to the reviewed draft. A later edit invalidates that approval.

  3. 03

    Post once, with evidence

Recheck authorization and period state. Commit the journal and its evidence together without repeating the financial effect on retry.

  4. 04

    Reconcile and report

Trace the posted journal into the trial balance. Use a linked reversal when a correction is needed.

CONTROL IS A PRODUCT REQUIREMENT

Automation with
clear boundaries.

These are design commitments. Their implementation and effectiveness must be validated before production use.

01

Permissions at the point of action

The intended controls recheck entity access, policy and the exact document revision before a financial action.

02

Evidence that stays connected

Source documents, decisions and linked entries are intended to remain traceable throughout the workflow.

03

Explicit approval where it matters

Payment release and tax-return submission retain explicit authorization. AI cannot grant itself additional permissions.

BEFORE WE TALK

A clear starting point.

Explore the CFO perspective
Will the sample bill post a real journal?

No. The example is a product concept with synthetic USD values. It does not process a document, calculate tax or post to a ledger.

Will every invoice require manual approval?

The intended model allows eligible routine work within customer-approved policies. Exceptions and designated actions require explicit review. Policy execution is still planned.

How will data migration work?

The planned guided setup includes mapping, import previews and opening-balance validation. The process must be proven on supported scenarios before a pilot goes live.
